Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as products, segmentation, data chapter to generate and deliver the following data and report: * Sales and branch scorecard performance report on daily, weekly and monthly basis* Target distribution to sales, branch* Ad-hoc sales data to support various needs such as audit requirement, business review2.
Person in Charge for the improvement, enhancement and maintenance of Sales & Distribution portfolio and performance dashboard3. Collaborate with Sales Governance and Data Chapter for sales incentive scheme set up, calculation and the payment process4. To support increasing sales productivity by providing the required supporting factors such as data, report, analytic, process and system improvement or enhancement5. Analyze sales data trends to identify opportunity Requirements * Bachelor’s degree from reputed University* Have minimum 5 years banking experience in the related field* Posses high analytical skills for number and process.* Intermediate Ms.
Excel skills coding skill will be an advantage.* Self driven, responsible, and able to work with a fast phase environment* Posses good communication skill.* -e
