Brand Activation, Digital & Social Media IM3 is responsible for leading brand engagement, digital marketing, and social media strategies to enhance customer interaction and brand presence for the IM3 brand. This role focuses on developing high-impact brand activations, managing digital marketing campaigns, and driving customer engagement across social media platforms.
By leveraging data-driven insights, influencer marketing, and real-time content strategies, Brand Activation, Digital & Social Media ensures that IM3’s brand communication is compelling, relevant, and aligned with customer needs. Collaborating with creative, media, and performance marketing teams, this role plays a key part in boosting brand loyalty, increasing online engagement, and strengthening IM3’s position in the Indonesian telecom market.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS) SUMMARY

  1. Brand Activation Success – Measures effectiveness of brand activation campaigns through event participation and engagement levels.
  2. Digital Engagement Rate – Evaluates interaction levels across digital campaigns and social media.
  3. Influencer Engagement Score – Tracks the effectiveness of partnerships with influencers and brand advocates.
  4. Conversion Rate – Measures the percentage of digital engagements leading to customer action.
  5. Social Media Reach & Growth – Monitors audience growth, engagement, and impact of social media activities.
  6. Marketing ROI & Cost Efficiency – Assesses financial effectiveness of digital marketing investments.
