JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS
This position is ultimately accountable for the top line revenue generated by Valify Subscriptions and VSG portfolio adoption in the US Healthcare Market. Responsible for the development, management and guidance of all Sales and Client Success activities for Valify and VSG, this role oversees the execution of policies, procedures and programs to achieve the maximum sales potential of technology subscriptions, consulting services, and administrative fee revenue. Develops strategies and tactics for building sales pipelines for HT members and non-HT members, setting/achieving sales objectives and coordinating pipeline forecasting, budgets, and reports. Provides leadership and supervision of all Valify sales and client success colleagues. Also collaborates and executes strategies on converting VSG members to HealthTrust or AdvantageTrust memberships, both of whom are strategic partners to Valify and also owned by HCA Healthcare.
