POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an AVP to support a leading originator and their team in screening, sizing, structuring, underwriting and documentation of potential CMBS Conduit CRE loan opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for completing the full loan due diligence and assisting with the preparation of Asset Summary Reports required for securitization. Given our client’s unique culture and structure, candidates will be exposed to the full-breadth of conduit loan originations, pricing, capital markets and other activities in commercial real estate lending and securitization.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 4+ years’ experience in CMBS loan underwriting or similar
• Excellent communication skills, willingness to work as part of a larger team
• Strong financial modelling / excel skills
• This position must possess and maintain a current, valid Driver License

  The annual full time base salary range for this role is $125,000.00 - $150,000.00
  Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
