Responsibilities

WHAT IS THIS ROLE ABOUT?

The role is responsible for designing, recommending, and implementing programs to grow customer traffic in the Service Centers (station, shops).
He/ she will also develop strategies to improve the overall brand health and image of SEAOIL and/or the Service Center, and constantly coordinate with functional and inter-department peers to ensure timely and effective implementation of strategic initiatives.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Lead the customer engagement and customer experience initiatives for the service center (stations, stores) from insighting to execution.
  • Ensure that sound and realistic strategies are designed, implemented, monitored and measured regularly.
  • Check/monitor stations/stores (service center).
  • Provide support on programs of retail and lubes sales.
  • Support the rest of the marketing team in leading programs from analysis to execution.
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
