Description
Major Deliverables: 1. Act as the functional and execution owner for BRE development, configuration and ongoing enhancement across credit products and channels. 2. Implement AI use cases across BRE development such as document review, coding and productivity enhancement. 3. Work with Credit, Risk, Compliance, IT, Data Science, Analytics, and external partners to build scalable automation solutions and integrate AI/ML models into credit workflows wherever relevant. 4. Oversee UAT, production releases, model/rule validation, change management, and issue resolution for BRE and digital credit systems. 5. Ensure auditability, explainability, exception governance, and regulatory compliance in all automated and AI-enabled credit processes. 6. Monitor rule performance, automation benefits, approval quality, and process outcomes to continuously improve decision accuracy, TAT, and control effectiveness. 7. Review portfolio trends, retrospective data, and policy outcomes to strengthen BRE logic, AI interventions, and risk controls. 8. Provide leadership and mentoring to team members on credit digitisation, BRE logic design, automation opportunities, and structured problem-solving. Educational Qualification: CA/MBA or Equivalent
