Re-designing key GE customer journeys to be the best-in-class and industry-leading, using customer journey mapping tools, comparative studies and understanding of what competitors are doing, stakeholder interviews and business performance data. This person will need to thoroughly understand and obsess over the end-to-end customer journeys they are working on, looking at each step from multiple stakeholders' perspectives, identifying gaps or friction points, and developing solutions that are not just customer-centric but also help achieve business goals. Empathy and creativity, as well as a penchant for challenging the norm, will be key ingredients to helping our customers and stakeholders experience GE in the best way possible. Degree in Business or equivalent Experience with design thinking and/or customer research methods - 3-5 years experience in the financial or insurance industry Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a questioning, curious disposition A collaborative worker who is able to leverage the strength of the team Someone who takes initiative and is results oriented
