Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Service Management team as a Delivery Manager who will be providing leadership guidance to Major Incident Management Team. The ideal candidate will have a Intermediate understanding of ITIL processes and be responsible for providing guidance on Major Incident Bridges to ensure quick resolution of critical issues.
About the team
Our regional Incident Management team works alongside business partners and service delivery teams to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness, improve stability, reduce operational risk and operational expenses.
The department oversees the transition of the support responsibilities of new applications, strategic & roadmap projects to the operation and support teams and ensures the smooth off-boarding of legacy applications in scope for retirement. By joining our team, you will be a process owner for, and will strive for continuous improvement in the space of Major Incident Management, and adherence of that process to ITIL as well as Moody’s standards.
