YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- You have a Post Secondary degree, preferably in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or another related field or a related discipline.
- You have a minimum of 8 years of work experience in software and infrastructure, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- You possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to develop deep-rooted relationships, influence change and exhibit a collaborative leadership style.
- You have experience leading technical teams. which includes providing formal training, professional development and evaluation of others
- You have deep knowledge and expertise in software development and infrastructure, and ideally an understanding of insurance operations.
- You have experience in Agile methodologies, focused on leveraging a build-measure-learn approach to deliver on technology initiatives.
- You have strong problem solving, research, quantitative skills, and knowledge of multiple platforms, architectures, and tools to deliver successful technology projects.
