What you do: The AVP Digital Marketing Strategy leads the development and execution of the organization’s Digital Marketing strategy to support business growth. Overseeing a team of 40+ individuals, this role owns and implements content strategy for the company websites while continuously improving customer experience and operational performance through integration of marketing technologies and process optimization. Working in close partnership with peers in marketing & strategy, and cross-functional product, distribution, technology and operations partners, this leader plays a critical role in elevating the strategic impact of marketing on business outcomes. Martech Strategy: Manage and lead the integration our Martech stack for marketing optimization and digital sales enablement, continuously identifying opportunities to streamline existing workflows and uplift capabilities. Remain current on emerging trends in Martech, proactively identifying and bringing forward opportunities to leverage new tools, AI capabilities and emerging practices to support business growth, new customer acquisition and retention, and enhanced measurability. Partner closely with internal Digital Product & Delivery and Allianz Technology of America (ATA) colleagues to improve and sustain time to market and delivery quality of Digital IT features and solutions. Digital Marketing: Develop and implement a strategy for website content management and engagement, including editorial planning, prioritization, governance, and deployment, striving to achieve a best-in-class experience across all digital touchpoints. Champion and apply user-centered design principles to ensure a seamless, scalable and engaging experience across public and secure websites, accounting for our multi-line business and multi-channel distribution network. Ensure public and secure sites are positioned and managed as a core marketing channel, fully integrated with omni-channel marketing programs, and optimized for fin pro acquisition and retention strategies. Leverage resources, best practices, and emerging capabilities from GSMD, Allianz Services, and other relevant global Allianz partners that will further advance our digital marketing discipline, ensure seamless incorporation of analytics and foster a culture of data-driven insights and decision making. Marketing Operations and Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders in Marketing, Distribution and Compliance to continuously review and identify bottlenecks, pain points and redundancies. Streamline marketing processes through automation and the incorporation of AI-enhanced tools to improve operational efficiency, prioritizing opportunities with the highest impact for the business and employee experience. Implement best practices in marketing operations to ensure alignment with strategic goals and maximize ROI. Leadership and Team Development: Lead an organization of professionals at all career stages, supporting growth, learning and engagement among the team.
