Job Description Provide advisory solutions and deliver treasury and financial products to FI clients within approved frameworks, including market risk limits, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. Drive strategic collaboration with internal Business Units (BUs) to enhance cross-functional synergies, generate collaboration income, and expand the FI customer base. Actively engage with clients through proactive pricing, FX execution, and timely market updates to support informed decision-making. Manage and deepen relationships with FI clients, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and effective portfolio coverage across segments. Partner with Global Markets strategists and product structuring teams to develop tailored hedging strategies, marketing materials, and innovative solutions to address client needs and capture new opportunities. Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote a full range of bank products, including FX, interest rate solutions, commodities, deposits, and investment products. Achieve and exceed revenue targets, volume metrics, and other performance KPIs aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives. Qualification Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Global Markets, Treasury Sales, or Financial Markets, preferably covering Financial Institution (FI) clients. Relevant experience and strong track record in FI sales is a plus. Strong results orientation with a self-driven and proactive mindset to achieve business targets. Commercially astute, with strong market awareness and a sales-driven approach (“street smart”). Excellent interpersonal, communication, marketing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain senior client relationships. Good command of English (both written and spoken) and strong computer literacy.
