Responsibilities:
– Support Management: Manage day-to-day support for Global Markets applications.
– Platform Expertise: Provide expert-level support for the FX and Precious Metals eTrading platform.
– Business Liaison: Act as a bridge between IT and front office teams, translating business needs.
– Operational Resilience: Ensure system robustness and contribute to business continuity.
– Knowledge Management: Maintain documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.
– Testing Participation: Engage in functional and user acceptance testing (FAT/UAT).
– On-Call Support: Participate in on-call rotation for critical issues.
Requirements:
– Education: University degree in Computer Science or related field.
– Experience: 5+ years in banking/financial services, with cross-functional team collaboration. AVP level.
– Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, UNIX/Linux, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
– Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with an ability to navigate complex information.
– Languages: Excellent English; Mandarin is a plus.
