Job Purpose: Assist the Team Lead with primary responsibility to support the design, governance and ongoing effectiveness of workflow and communication systems that are critical to Business Continuity Management and support other aspects of the corporate BCM programme to ensure successful implementation of BCM requirements (e.g. exercises, training). Key Accountabilities: Support Team Lead on system development and testing to ensure fit-for-purpose system enhancements to meet evolving BCM requirements. Provide Production Support covering software defects and Operational Support covering System Security and User Access Reviews for the Business Continuity Management systems. Assist/lead in the co-ordination and conduct of organization-wide BCP exercises to integrate and validate the effectiveness of business units' incident response and recovery capabilities, focusing on simulating worst-case scenarios having enterprise-wide impact. Support co-ordination of Group-wide BCP initiatives and activities to raise the overall BCP readiness of the Bank, with key accountability for specific BUs/SUs assigned Job Responsibilities: Lead the User Requirement Gathering with key stakeholders, User Acceptance Testing with Application Development team/key users, Production Support covering software defects and Operational Support covering Training, System Security and User Access Reviews for the Business Continuity Management systems. Co-ordinate and conduct organization-wide BCP exercises to integrate and validate the effectiveness of business units' incident response and recovery capabilities, focusing on simulating worst-case scenarios having enterprise-wide impact. Provide value-added BCM advisory support to BUs/SUs, including quality review of BUs/SUs BCP with Gen AI assistance. Manage day-to-day administrative support for the team including general procurement requirements, GLAO reconciliation and management of BCP alternate sites Apply use of Gen AI to develop tools/use cases to enhance workflows and reduce employee toil Requirements: Min 7 years of relevant experience System Scoping and Requirements Translation: Responsible for understanding business needs and translating them into technical terms and vice versa for various stakeholders.
