Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

The AVP, High Net Worth (HNW) Sales Effectiveness role will report to the VP, Insurance Distribution, and will enhance Sun Life’s presence in the HNW market and build stronger connections with those advisors – obtaining a higher share of their premium. To deliver on that, the incumbent will also be accountable for revamping and enhancing sales effectiveness through sales team development and advisor business management practices.
