Key Responsibilities Lead and expand the promotional business throughout Africa, East Asia, and the CIS region Create and implement go-to-market strategies using distributor and field force models Select and oversee distributors and partners Guide product strategy, pricing, and market positioning Meet revenue and profitability goals with full P&L responsibility Monitor market performance, competitor activities, and growth opportunities Spearhead new market entries and business development efforts Work closely with Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Marketing departments Handle commercial negotiations and contract management Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team Skills Sales Business Development Marketing
