Description

Responsible for preparing complex loan documentation for new loans and change in terms, including installment, commercial, and consumer loans in accordance with federal regulatory guidelines using the Laser Pro software system. Coordinates boarding and funding instructions for loan products, which includes SBA loans. Ensure the Bank's lien position is perfected by recording UCC filings, verifying appropriate insurance coverage prior to boarding, and securing other liens and assignments. Acts as a liaison with management by administering daily scheduled departmental functions. Review commercial loan documentation prepared by others and perform additional duties as assigned. Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 Location: Los Angeles, California Hybrid Eligibility: Yes
