YOUR ROLE
Strategic deliverables take the form of increasing team size through hiring and promotion, recommendations on sales structure, segmentation and coverage, business planning, investment prioritization, productivity improvement. Operationally, the focus will be on forecasting, tracking of business performance, analysis of trends, and formulation of meaningful and actionable recommendations.
The AVP, Mid-Market Sales will be an experienced leader with the ability to creatively motivate our team and help our North America Mid-Market Sales team hit their goals and resource new ways to excel.
