DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 10-15+ years experience in digital advertising account management, marketing strategy/consulting, direct marketing, digital acquisition, and/or brand management
- Strong client presence; experience building relationships and driving change at senior levels within enterprise organizations
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, both directly and indirectly, with proven ability to develop junior and mid-level staff
- Ability to apply innovative thinking to solve complex marketing challenges
- Process and detail oriented; takes a “roll up your sleeves” approach to leadership and best practice development
- Ability to contribute as a senior leader in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environment
- BA/BS degree preferred

Total Compensation:
- Base Salary: $142,000 - $162,000
- Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus: 15% ($21,300 - $24,300)
- Target Total Cash: $163,300 - $186,300

Responsibilities:
- Be the senior point of contact for assigned client portfolio, with accountability for client success; interface and lead discussions with senior client leadership (CMO level) regularly
- Partner with senior stakeholders in client organization to understand their business goals, marketing objectives, and competitive constraints, and lead development of digital strategies to address these areas
- Directly lead a team of 15-30 and, as a senior leader, provide strategic guidance and thought leadership across Kepler’s functional teams
- Be a strategic expert on digital media planning, tactics and measurement – driving a structured approach to planning, tactic selection, partner negotiation, campaign design, and measurement
- Inspire, coach and mentor staff across multiple disciplines
