JOB DESCRIPTION:

TD Bank Group is seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Associate Vice President (AVP) to lead the Enabling Products Product Group within the DevSecOps Product Family . This role is central to transforming how engineering solutions are delivered across the bank by building secure, composable, and automated internal products that accelerate DevSecOps adoption.
As AVP, you will oversee a portfolio of pods focused on developer experience, legacy modernization, service virtualization, and data-driven decision support. You will drive innovation, foster a strong engineering culture, and ensure operational excellence across the product group.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership, platform delivery, or DevSecOps.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering or platform teams.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD, developer experience platforms, and secure software delivery.
  • Experience with legacy modernization, especially mainframe integration, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with GenAI, observability tooling, and developer productivity frameworks.
  • Strong background in product management, agile delivery, and systems engineering.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
