Job responsibilities: - Develop and implement regulatory compliance strategies and frameworks for the payments industry. - Monitor and interpret regulatory changes and ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. - Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability and implement corrective actions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into business processes and product development. - Provide expert advice and guidance on regulatory compliance matters to senior management and other stakeholders. - Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation to relevant authorities in a timely manner. - Lead training and awareness programs to promote a culture of compliance within the organization. - Liaise with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay informed of emerging trends and best practices.
