JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly driven and knowledgeable sales professional to lead business development efforts for our multi-asset reporting software across the APAC region. This role requires a strong understanding of capital markets, regulatory reporting regimes, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders at financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise software sales, particularly within the FinTech or RegTech space, and be adept at delivering value-based solutions in a complex regulatory environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of proven software sales experience, preferably within the financial technology (FinTech) or regulatory technology (RegTech) sector.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical understanding of multi-asset products, markets, and lifecycle.
  • Strong familiarity with the capital markets industry and its operational workflows.
  • Excellent grasp of major global regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., EMIR, SFTR, Dodd-Frank, MiFID II, ASIC, MAS, HKMA).
  • Demonstrated success in applying a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Established network within financial institutions across the APAC region.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a global team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the APAC region.
  • Articulate and demonstrate the value proposition of our multi-asset transaction reporting software, tailoring to the specific needs and challenges of prospective clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on OTC derivatives, capital markets, and global regulatory reporting frameworks (e.g., EMIR, SFTR, Dodd-Frank, MiFID II, ASIC, MAS, HKMA, etc.).
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders with current and prospective clients
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, to deal closure
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting multi-asset reporting to proactively identify new opportunities and challenges for clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth for the APAC region.
