Responsibilities:
The AVP Salesforce Platform provides direction and oversight on the integration and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM system. The role will manage and develop the Salesforce CRM platform to drive the Credit Union’s organization and marketing strategies. The role is an integral part of developing our Salesforce CRM journey thru implementation and continuous development. Overall, the role is accountable for the overall administration and execution of the Credit Union’s Salesforce CRM strategy.
The AVP Salesforce Platform is also responsible for promotion of the Salesforce CRM system, and widening use by adapting and automating business processes into the platform. The position collaborates with various departments to analyze work process design and flow to improve processes and leverage the technological capabilities of the platform. The AVP Salesforce Platform builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, and works effectively with internal partners to set priorities and conduct long-term planning. The AVP Salesforce Platform will serve as the primary liaison with ITS, Project Management, and the platform provider. The role will be responsible for developing and enhancing training of the use of the Salesforce CRM system with internal business units so that Salesforce is integrated into the day to day operations and is the source of truth for prospective member and member data. In addition, the AVP Salesforce Platform will lead all CRM projects to support the ongoing development of our CRM strategy, this may include data and process improvement projects and system integration projects to enhance our CRM capabilities.

  • Experienced user of leading a Salesforce CRM system with a good understanding of how effective use of a CRM system can support business growth
  • Competencies in team dynamics by leading and motivating to obtain desired results
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work closely and effectively with a diverse group of people to establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships
  • Well organized and effective time and project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once to meet tight deadlines
  • A track records in overseeing CRM related integrations, migrations and automations
  • Attention to detail, with an ability to work with large amounts of data, identifying issues and resolutions to manage data integrity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
