About the role Act as the Delivery Lead for DocAI and GenAI solutions, driving innovation and enabling successful adoption across operations. You will ensure solutions are well-designed, optimised, and seamlessly integrated into operational workflows. This role requires strong business analysis to assess impact, identify improvements, and maximise efficiency, accuracy, and productivity outcomes. Responsibilities Lead the enablement of DocAI use cases through prompt design, testing, and optimisation Drive onboarding of operations use cases, ensuring solutions are production-ready and fully integrated into workflows Own model evaluation, benchmarking, and impact analysis to validate performance and business outcomes Proactively analyse operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and deliver measurable productivity gains Orchestrate alignment across Business, Technology, and Data stakeholders to achieve delivery outcomes Enforce governance frameworks, evaluation standards, and deployment controls Requirements Strong delivery ownership mindset with experience driving end-to-end initiatives across multiple stakeholders Strong business analysis skills – ability to map workflows, perform impact analysis, and translate requirements into practical solutions Experience in AI/GenAI, data, or digital transformation projects (DocAI experience preferred) Ability to work across Business, Technology, and Data teams and manage complex dependencies Strong analytical thinking with ability to assess model performance and drive improvements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
