Job Title: Senior Channel Manager(HQ-to-HQ) Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer Location: Shanghai - HKRI Taikoo Hui Center 16th Floor Who You’ll Work With: Sales Department What You’ll Do: Responsible for the development and business liaison of distribution channels, including driving the establishment of HQ-to-HQ partnerships, new product launches, and ongoing marketing initiatives. Responsible for the daily management and servicing of distribution channels, including agreement execution, system integration, announcement releases, and post-launch product support. Collaborate closely with internal teams on anti-money laundering (AML), consumer protection, investor education and other compliance-related work to ensure smooth and efficient operation of channel distribution business. Assist with internal management support for the channel team, including meeting organization, data compilation, training, and performance assessments. Provide support for channel services, client services, and direct sales desk operations What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of channel management experience in the mutual fund or asset management industry, including at least 2 years of experience in HQ-to-HQ partnership management Solid understanding of mutual fund products and operations, as well as business processes across banking, securities, and third-party channels; strong professional expertise and business development capabilities High level of compliance awareness, familiar with industry regulations and regulatory requirements, and committed to conducting business in full compliance Excellent communication and coordination skills, coupled with strong data analysis and written communication abilities Shanghai, China We are a leading global investment management firm offering high-quality research and diversified investment services to institutional clients, retail investors, and private-wealth clients in major markets around the globe.
