JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Operations Integration Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to the planning, design, and implementation of technical architecture that supports LPL IT operations. This role entails collaboration with infrastructure engineering, security, and application architecture teams to ensure the efficient and effective operation of IT services as new capabilities are introduced. The primary focus for this position is on the technical aspects of operational implementation, ensuring that new capabilities adhere to current operational standards and providing recommendations for developing new operational standards when necessary. Additionally, this role will work with the CDAO team to develop operational AI capabilities to enhance issue detection (MTTD), reduce mean time to restore service (MTTR), and create automation to “self-heal” common IT service issues and problems. Furthermore, this position is part of the Service Operations leadership team and requires the candidate to engage in senior-level decision-making processes essential for the successful management of the organization.
