Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.Responsibilities* Deep understanding of borrowers’ financial performance.* Capable to impose appropriate measures (covenant, facility structure etc) to mitigate credit risks.* Improve discipline in credit monitoring process.* To work on various ad-hoc engagement to broaden exposures, engagement with various stakeholders across the bank as well as more responsibility (project management role).* To help the bank to manage NPL and impaired assets – create healthier portfolio.* To actively involve in credit monitoring process* To add values in the credit application process that is led by Relationship Managers – by focusing on financial and industry analysis preparation.Requirements* Minimum bachelor degree with major in business, management, accounting, or banking and finance* minimum of 3years working experience in financial industry – e.g. accountant, analyst, corporate finance and relationship manager (in bank or non-bank financial institution)* Good communication and interpersonal skills.* Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude.-e
