Reporting to the Vice President, Leadership and Organizational Development, the Assistant Vice President, Strategic Human Resources provides campus specific strategic and operational leadership for all organizational development, engagement, performance management, succession planning, DEI, and other enterprise related services to ensure ongoing alignment and integration of system-level efforts. Acts as a liaison between other HR leaders and campus operations for communications and problem resolution. Education Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Required Master's Degree Preferred Experience 10+ years of experience in Human Resources with progressively expanding responsibilities Required General Experience working closely with and influencing senior management Required General Experience leading large-scale HR related initiatives and projects Required General Experience Proven track record of aligning business goals with HR resources Required General Experience Proven skills in leadership, project management and people management Required Licenses
