Salary Range: $172,000 - $182,000 per year

Telecommuting: 100% Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
JOB DUTIES: Design and develop core services and components with expertise in service-oriented architecture. Design, develop, test, tune and implement n-tiered, web-based Dot Net applications while collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, Development, QA and Product teams. Direct and develop with the development team to create new Restful APIs and Microservices, coding with C#/.Net Core, and deploying to Serverless AWS using Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB services. Work collaboratively with QA, DevOPS teams to adopt CI/CD tool chain and develop automation. Assess opportunities for application and process improvements and prepare SDLC documentation. Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems. Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product/project support. Communicate with cross functional teams to bridge the gap.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
Alternatively, Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE IN EACH OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Building and deploying cloud based APIs to AWS environments;
  • Writing and reviewing .Net AWS based code;
  • Cloud based and on prem solutions for software development; and
  • Working with product and business teammates to translate their requirements into technical implementation from an architecture and system design standpoint.
