Think Bank is expanding our Commercial Banking team and is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Banker to join us in the Twin Cities market. If you have a successful track record in business banking with a strong background in credit and business development, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Commercial Credit training or experience
• 5+ years’ experience in commercial banking relationship management
  Salary: $140K – $215K annually (based on experience and officer level)

As a Commercial Banker, you will proactively manage and grow a portfolio of business clients. You will build long-term relationships, identify financial needs, and deliver comprehensive solutions including lending and non-lending products.
This role requires deep expertise in business banking, including credit structuring and analysis, particularly in business lending and commercial real estate. You will collaborate with internal partners and branch teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of Think Bank’s complete suite of financial solutions.
You will also play an important role in the local business community participating in networking events, community engagements, and building a professional network that promotes the Think brand.
