Job Description • Lead and develop a team of highly motivated Relationship Managers and Personal Bankers who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our valued clients. • Develop strategies to expand our market share by identifying new business opportunities within the private banking sector. • Work closely with colleagues across various departments to offer holistic wealth management solutions tailored to each client's unique needs. • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting banking services in order to stay ahead of competition. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations related to private banking activities. Qualifications: • Minimum 10 years’ experience in banking, preferably in relationship management or similar roles within the banking sector. • Proven ability to lead teams and drive innovation within an organization. • Strong understanding of risk management principles as they relate to banking operations. • Certified with banking licensing • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
