Responsibilities Proactively identify growth opportunities, develop marketing plan, call on target customers; meanwhile deepen wallet of existing relationships Manage and evaluate credit risks proactively, by preparing thorough financial analysis, credit proposals / regular credit reviews in accordance with internal guidelines and policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product specialists and credit analysts, to deliver tailored financial products and services Monitor market trends, industry developments, and client feedback to anticipate and address their changing requirements Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines Contribute to the team's overall performance and business objectives by meeting or exceeding assigned targets and KPIs Connect the team with the overall strategic direction, create value for all stakeholders and ensure execution against set objectives Requirements University graduate with major in either BBA, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines At least 8+ years of banking experience as Coverage RM in large corp / middle market segments, relevant experience in Consumer Products/Healthcare & Pharmaceutical /Professional Services sectors are preferred Knowledge on banking products and ability to collaborate with product partners including GTS, DCM/ECM/SA, T&M, etc Good credit assessment skills and good interpersonal and communication skills Solid experience in cross-selling cash management, trade / factoring, treasury products, etc Equipped with knowledge or experience in equity / debt capital market, M&A, and other investment banking products is a plus The hiring process for this role is subject to the Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme.
