Responsibilities Develop and implement data management standards and frameworks that enable data usage and mitigate associated risks across the end-to-end data lifecycle. Create playbooks and learning materials to guide business and support units in implementing these data management standards and practices, in areas such as data ownership, data quality, metadata and lineage. Validate the implementation of data management standards by business and support units. Collaborate with business, data and technical teams to industrialise data management practices and tooling. Facilitate and execute bank-wide data management processes. Engage stakeholders across business and technology units to foster a strong data risk management mindset and provide guidance on data governance practices. Requirements Degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, or data science. 8 to 10 years of experience in data management, data governance, risk management or regulatory compliance. Deep expertise in enterprise data management frameworks, operating models, and controls. Ability to design, implement, and monitor data management standards, covering areas such as data quality, data issue management, metadata and data lineage. Strong understanding of data regulations, risk management, and compliance obligations. Experience with enterprise data governance tooling and metrics. Strong leadership and influencing capabilities across business and technology. Ability to drive mindset change towards data accountability and literacy. Ability to challenge constructively and enforce data management outcomes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
