Job Description Managing assigned accounts/relationships, ensuring all credit facilities are fully utilized. Monitoring the performance of each account, identifying areas where improvements can be made and implementing measures to enhance profitability. Cross selling other bank’s products such as investment banking, treasury and insurance. Growing existing customers’ relationship by providing them with quality banking services and attending to their needs promptly. Responding quickly to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner. Building strong relationships with key decision makers within each account to understand their needs and preferences. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies when managing accounts. Preparing regular reports to track progress and identify potential risks or opportunities. Keeping abreast of market developments and trends to better serve customers. Job Requirements: Degree holder in Finance / Business Administration / Economics / Accountancy or equivalent. Minimum 5 years working experience in banking, preferably in corporate or commercial banking. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long term relationships. Ability to think creatively and outside the box. Experience in dealing with senior management level executives. Confident, articulate and able to work under pressure. Proven track record of success in sales and business development. Good knowledge of financial markets and products.
