Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated AVR Operator to join our team. This role involves handling AVR materials, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Receive and process AVR materials using the NAV system. Prepare shipments, including detrashing and organizing incoming materials. Assist with production schedules and assigned operational tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Follow company health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations. Support risk assessments and participate in safety training programs. Adhere to company standards, including ISO and R2 certifications. Qualifications: High School Diploma (M.6) or equivalent. Basic English communication skills. Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Required Skills & Training: Experience in AVR receiving, shipment preparation, and material handling is preferred. Knowledge of safety protocols such as firefighting, evacuation, and risk assessments. Familiarity with 5S, ISO9001, ISO14001, and R2 standards is an advantage. Why Join Us?
