WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Are you a seasoned Cloud Engineer with a passion for leadership? Do you thrive on solving complex challenges while mentoring and empowering your team? Then this role is for you.
As AWS Cloud Teamlead, you will combine technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. You’ll ensure our cloud infrastructure meets the highest standards while coaching your team to grow and excel. You’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve cloud solutions that support our business goals.
The Cloud team is primarily working from our headquarters in Enschede, but also has colleagues in our Amersfoort office and Aveiro (Portugal) hub.

WHAT ARE THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and objectives for the Cloud team.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and secure cloud solutions.
  • Ensure alignment between team priorities and company objectives.
  • Drive efficiency, automation, and innovation, optimizing cloud infrastructure and operations.
  • Promote learning & development, ensuring team members grow professionally.
  • Increase operational autonomy by sharing knowledge and empowering other teams to manage infrastructure-related tasks effectively.
