Job Summary


We are seeking an AWS DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Production Support (BizOps) to manage and support cloud-based applications running in AWS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining production stability, resolving incidents, supporting deployments, automating infrastructure, and ensuring high availability of business-critical applications.


Note: This role is primarily focused on BizOps and Production Support, requiring strong operational ownership, incident management, deployment support, and platform reliability within AWS environments.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and support AWS production environments, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Monitor applications and infrastructure, investigate alerts, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Support application deployments and release activities through CI/CD pipelines.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
  • Monitor system health using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar tools.
  • Work closely with Development, QA, and Product teams to support releases and production operations.
  • Implement security best practices, infrastructure hardening, and operational improvements.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and deployment procedures.

Required Skills


  • 6+ years of experience in AWS Cloud, DevOps, or Production Support.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (Amazon EKS preferred).
  • Good understanding of Linux administration, networking, IAM, security groups, and cloud security.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
  • Scripting knowledge in Bash, Python, or Groovy.
  • Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
