Seeking Experienced Sr DevSecOps Engineers Hybrid in Guadalajara We are looking for highly skilled Senior DevSecOps Engineers with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join a leading global organization. This role focuses on integrating security across development and operations workflows, ensuring automation, compliance, and continuous improvement within modern CI/CD environments. Key Responsibilities: Integrate security tools and controls into CI/CD pipelines. Manage and provision cloud infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to detect and respond to threats. Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards across systems. Collaborate with development and operations teams to promote secure coding practices. Assist in identifying, responding to, and mitigating security incidents. Technical Skills Required: With over 5 years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer, you must be proficient in: DevOps or Security Engineering practices CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions Cloud platforms and containerization Security frameworks and tooling IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation Preferred Skills: Certifications such as CISSP, CKA, AWS Security, or equivalent Experience with SAST/DAST tools Familiarity with Zero-Trust Architecture Exposure to Threat Modeling and Risk Assessment Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field Fluent in English (Advanced) Strong communication, leadership, proactivity, and empathy Location & Schedule: Hybrid role – Guadalajara, Jalisco (Tlaquepaque) Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Benefits: Attractive Salary + Premium Benefits Performance bonuses, grocery coupons, and savings are found.
