JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced AWS Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our cloud and on-premises network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS networking, firewall management (Palo Alto/Cisco), and VPN solutions, along with familiarity with ITIL best practices. You will ensure secure, high-performance connectivity across hybrid environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AWS networking (VPC, Subnets, NAT Gateway, Route 53, etc.).
• Experience with firewall management (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, FortiGate) and VPN technologies .
• Knowledge of ITIL framework (ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira).
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures (AWS + on-premises connectivity).
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Advanced Networking, CCNA, PCNSA, or equivalent are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills .

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP).
• Scripting/Automation skills (Python, Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Security and SD-WAN solutions .

• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls, VPNs (GlobalProtect/IPSec), and AWS network services (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, etc.).
• Configure and optimize AWS networking components (Security Groups, NACLs, Route Tables, Load Balancers).
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues following ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
• Collaborate with Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to enforce best practices and compliance.
• Maintain detailed network documentation , including diagrams, policies, and change logs.
• Provide technical support and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
