REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience managing cloud-based networking environments , particularly in AWS (Azure or GCP experience also valuable).
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network components in AWS , such as VPCs, Load Balancers, and VPN connections .
• Hands-on knowledge of enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto preferred), VPN technologies, and network security controls.
• Working understanding of ITIL frameworks , especially around incident response and change management.
• Strong documentation, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional technical team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Advanced Networking , Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate , Google Cloud Networking , or Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA) .
• Experience in hybrid (on-prem and cloud) environments.Exposure to infrastructure automation or scripting for network tasks (e.g., using Terraform, Ansible, or Python).

• Administer and maintain Palo Alto Networks firewalls , including policy configuration and GlobalProtect VPN setup and support.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot AWS network services such as VPCs, Security Groups, Route Tables, NAT Gateways, and Load Balancers .
• Respond to network incidents, service requests, and changes in line with ITIL best practices (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
• Work closely with cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, high-performance connectivity between environments.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, standards, and operational procedures.
• Support ongoing improvements to network performance, monitoring, and security posture.
• Engage with internal teams and stakeholders to provide technical guidance and resolve connectivity-related issues efficiently.
