Description

Job Summary: Leads the design, deployment, and optimization of systems and infrastructure solutions. Ensures system performance, scalability, and security through proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and automation. Provides troubleshooting for critical incidents, mentors junior engineers, and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and resilient infrastructure solutions. Leads performance tuning, troubleshooting, automation and support of critical business systems. Key Responsibilities: Designs and implements robust automation solutions to streamline infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and configuration management. Leads the creation and review of detailed technical documentation, including system architectures, integration workflows, and infrastructure designs. Leads the development of system and infrastructure specifications. Participates in design, cybersecurity and code reviews to ensure solutions comply with architectural standards, security principles, and performance expectations. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, deployment and compatibility with existing infrastructure. Analyzes system vulnerabilities and leads implementation of enhancements to strengthen resilience. Collaborates with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and optimal recovery objectives (RTO/RPO). Manages system performance and reliability through continuous monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning. Proactively monitors system health, performance trends, and utilization metrics to identify opportunities for optimization, enhance performance, and improve the efficiency of business processes. Leads the resolution of complex infrastructure and system issues across multiple environments. Leads performance monitoring and capacity planning efforts across multiple systems or platforms.
