Job title: AWS Solutions Architect
Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on AWS Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade cloud solutions. You will be the technical authority for AWS architecture, ensuring designs meet the highest standards of security, scalability, and performance while optimizing costs.
This role demands an expert problem solver who can architect multi-account AWS environments, implement DevOps automation, and drive architectural governance across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design using the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Architect and manage multi-account AWS setups, including IAM, VPC, and networking.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with AWS CloudFormation and DevOps best practices.
• Conduct cost optimization and performance tuning for high-traffic workloads.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define cloud strategy and solutions.
• Implement security controls and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Mentor teams to elevate AWS skills and architectural capabilities.

Must-Have Expertise

• 7–10+ years in IT, with 5+ years dedicated to AWS architecture.
• Proven track record designing solutions with the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Hands-on experience with multi-account AWS environments, IAM policies, and advanced networking.
• Strong expertise in CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps automation.
• Demonstrated success in cost optimization and application performance tuning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
• Experience with ECS, EKS, Docker for containerized workloads.
• Knowledge of AWS compliance frameworks (CIS, ISO 27001, GDPR).
