We seek a AWS Solutions Sales Specialist Senior-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers’ personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
• Proven strong sales experience in AWS within the Hospitality, Airlines, or Financial Services sectors, with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in IT Services.
• Previous experience working within a Global System Integrator is preferred.
• More than 7 years of hands-on experience with the AWS platform is required.
• In-depth understanding of AWS solution offerings tailored for the Hospitality, Airlines, or Financial Services verticals.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the AWS ecosystem and partnership dynamics.
• Ability to motivate individuals and teams to exceed objectives through coaching, regular performance updates, and creative incentives.
• Experience in regularly reporting on sales results, including pipeline generation, opportunity stage progression, and revenue forecasting.
• Experience working closely with marketing teams to define campaign follow-up strategies and reporting.

• Ability to work closely with Executive Leadership Teams from customers, partners, and Globant to ensure pipeline quality and appropriate follow-up.Capability to advise AWS Studio teams (Solution, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Operations, Staffing) on process improvements.
