As an Event Leader, you’ll host groups of all sizes - from casual drop-ins to full-blown corporate parties. Don’t worry, you’re never flying solo for big events, our larger groups always have a team of coaches working together.

Your role is all about:

• Guiding guests through safety and throwing basics
• Running fun games and mini-tournaments (complete with bragging rights)
• Keeping the vibe upbeat, safe, and welcoming
• Helping with light cleaning and maintenance so the lanes look great
• Building your own axe throwing skills (yes, you’ll be throwing too!)
