Exposure supporting an Integration/API Management platform like Axway API Gateway/ CA API Gateway/ MuleSoft API Gateway/IBM API Connect/ APIGEE/ KONG/ 3Scale or similar API Gateway products Must have strong knowledge on Unix and Linux administration Knowledge around Webservices, SOAP and REST Knowledge around Network fundamentals & related Troubleshooting Knowledge around Communication protocols – HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, MQ, JMS etc. Knowledge around Network security concepts (Encryption / Authentication / Certificates), OAuth, LDAP etc. Autonomous with one programming language/scripting· Autonomous with one Database. Good understanding of SQL Production support experience Operational On call support as & when required by the project. Soft Skills / Experience Good communication skills - both written and verbal. Customer/Front Office engagement experience Desirable: Knowledge of ITIL practices, Incident/Problem/Change Management experience Ability to work independently and have Learnability Skills. Exposure on Docker, Kubernetes and Container-based solutions. Exposure on Cloud like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
