JOB SUMMARY:

Rooted in ancient healing yet reaching for modern horizons, the Ayurvedic Doctor – Client Relations & Business Development will blend medical expertise with strategic outreach. This unique role nurtures patient trust while expanding the clinic’s footprint — turning every consultation into a relationship and every connection into growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BAMS or equivalent degree in Ayurveda (mandatory).
• 2–5 years of clinical experience, preferably with additional exposure to customer relationship management or business development in wellness or healthcare.
• Deep knowledge of Ayurvedic therapies, treatments, and holistic wellness practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — warmth and persuasion in equal measure.
• Proven ability to handle consultations and drive client retention and growth simultaneously.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi/Malayalam is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills and willingness to participate in outreach events.
