JOB DESCRIPTION

• Currently seeking experienced AZ truck drivers for a live bottom tractor trailer (1)
• Monday to Friday (start times can vary from 6:30am to 7:30am and finish times can vary from 4:00pm to 6:00pm)
• Saturdays (6:30 - noon) from April to October
• All work is in town, no long hauls
• Year round work (some weekends and evenings during snow season, guaranteed 40 hours weekly during winter season, no layoffs)
• Deliver materials to and from job sites
• Operates vehicle in accordance with MTO (Ministry of Transportation) requirements as well as all local, municipal, provincial, and federal laws.
• Driver will navigate driveways, alleyways, parking lots, high traffic roadways, construction sites and may operate in tight overhead environments.
• Performs pre-trip & post-trip inspections of assigned equipment and documents checks on standard VIR (Vehicle Inspection Report).
• Performs all duties as scheduled by Dispatch and assisting other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Ontario AZ Drivers License
• Clean drivers abstract (CVOR)
• Minimum 3 year’s dump truck / live bottom driving experience.
• Knowledge of city roads and areas is an asset.
