JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and skilled AZ Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various types of vehicles and equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required - minimum 3 years licensed.
• Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and regulations.
• Ability to perform basic automotive repairs is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport heavy equipment and materials to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Load and unload freight, utilizing skidsteers and other heavy equipment as necessary.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes taken, and deliveries made.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
• Perform minor automotive repairs and maintenance on vehicles when needed.
• Follow all safety protocols while driving and handling freight.
