JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving practices, as well as the ability to operate heavy equipment and perform basic automotive repairs when necessary.

EXPERIENCE

• Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Minimum years of 3-4 experience driving manual transmission trucks.
• Strong knowledge of hours of service (HOS) regulations.
• Experience with both dry van and flatbed trailers is a strong asset.
• Ability to lift heavy and secure flatbed loads (training provided for the right candidate).
• Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

  Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• AZ truck: 3 years (preferred)

• Safely operate a commercial truck to transport freight to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Mostly driving manual dry van and rest of the times flat bed.
• Load and unload freight using forklifts and other equipment, ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and fuel usage.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transit.
• Perform routine maintenance on the truck, including basic automotive repairs as needed.
