AZ Roll Off Truck Driver & Yard Assistant– Year-Round
Pay: $35-$40/hr
Start Date: Immediate - Permanent Year-Round
Location: Bolton, ON
We’re looking for a reliable and skilled AZ Roll off Truck Driver & Yard Assistant to join our Bolton team. This is a year-round position with different responsibilities across seasons. You’ll safely secure and float heavy equipment, maintain an organized yard, support fleet maintenance, and operate DZ-class salt trucks during winter storms. Reliability, safety, and strong understanding of equipment, load securement, and roll off truck and equipment trailering experience are essential —an in-person drive test is required.

• Operate roll-off trucks and trailers to safely float heavy equipment (such as wheel loaders, skid steers, dozers, telehandlers, snow blades etc) to and from job sites
• Load, secure, and unload equipment using ratchet chains and binders in compliance with transport regulations
• Safely operate DZ-class salt trucks during winter, loading your truck with salt and applying it accurately across client sites
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, basic maintenance, and ensure cleanliness of trucks and yard
• Maintain a structured yard, track materials and inventory, and assist with seasonal mobilization/demobilization
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, operations, and mechanics to coordinate deliveries and equipment use
• Help team with other tasks around the yard as required
