JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a seasonal AZ Driver to deliver large quantities of propane from producer/wholesaler outlets to Budget Propane storage yards in Muskoka (Gravenhurst, Huntsville, Mactier & Minden) during our peak season (September – April).

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Excellent defensive driving skills
· Must have a Class AZ Ontario Drivers Licence in good standing
· Experience with electronic logbooks and other online applications
Hours: This is a full-time seasonal position. The seasonal shift is as follows:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Drive our cargo liner from its base in Guelph to producer/wholesale outlets in Sarnia one day and the next day to our storage tanks in Muskoka and then back to Guelph
· Complete professional pre-trip inspection of vehicle and trailers prior to using equipment
· Follow all MTO related regulations
· Communicate and coordinate with Freight & Logistics Coordinator on timing and location of deliveries
· Communicate and coordinate vehicle repairs with Fleet Manager

OTHER DUTIES:

· Wash vehicle and trailers routinely at designated wash areas
· Keep vehicle clean and professional
